Pricing

At Meteoric Digital, we understand that every project is unique and has its own set of requirements. That’s why we determine our pricing based on a combination of factors such as project complexity, scope, deadlines, and specific deliverables. We provide individual quotes for each project to ensure that our pricing caters to your unique needs.

After our initial consultation, we can provide you with an estimated or “ballpark” price. However, a more detailed quote can only be given after a comprehensive project Discovery process. We make every effort to provide an accurate quote that takes into account all the necessary elements for a successful project.

We understand that changes to the scope or deliverables may be required as the project progresses. That’s why we have a change request process in place to accommodate any adjustments. We will communicate any modifications to the quoted price and agree upon them before proceeding with the work. You can rest assured that there will be no unexpected charges or invoices.

Generally speaking, most sites and web apps we build range from $5,000 to $25,000. If you have a specific budget you’re working with, let us know, and we’ll give you a realistic idea of what can be done with it.

Unlike some agencies, we don’t charge on a per-page basis. We believe in charging per completed project based on what’s best for your business’s digital experience.

We also offer three ongoing website management plans. We can also work with you to find a plan that fits your budget and requirements.

Payment Structure

Discovery Payment

All of our website projects require a paid Discovery process. This is an important process to go through as it is the basis for the decisions we will make when designing and building your new website. This is usually a flat fee, paid upfront.

In return, you will be given a report, breaking down some of our findings, which is yours to keep, regardless of whether you decide to continue with us on your project.

Note: The price of the Discovery Process is seperate to the project’s price that will be outlined in the Proposal.
